Our employee first approach to safety is designed to instill knowledge and leadership skills based around accountability and ownership of your company’s safety program, by adjusting each training class to your company’s scope, mission, policies and procedures, and regulatory standards. Additionally, inspections and audits are conducted and handled from an education and mentoring approach rather than the stereotypical “Safety Cop”.  So that each employee can hit the jobsite with not only the confidence to perform safely themselves, while holding each other accountable as well. Ultimately, the goal is for the frontline worker to recognize and correct safety issues in real time, rather than wait to be told to do so by supervision.
